An award-winning 4mm scale, OO gauge model railway
The North Cornwall Brewery is a fictitious private railway set near Camelford. It supposedly connects to the North Cornwall line that ran from Okehampton to Padstow.

It attends 2 or 3 exhibitions a year and is often featured in the model railway press. The layout won Best In Show at Model Rail Scotland in 2023 and also at Folkestone in 2025.

The period is 1965/6 when steam was still, just, in regular use and we can see a mixture of second-hand engines in the brewery's livery and engines of the British Railways Southern Region.

Timber for barrel manufacture, coal for the power plant, barley and hops for the beer are the staple incoming goods, with bitter and lager being sent to London via Okehampton and Salisbury.
